Initial Fill Filtration
New equipment installations can introduce unwanted contamination into the oil circulation system and related piping. Left unchecked, particulate matter introduced during manufacturing or installation can lead to severe wear or failure when the machine is put into operation.
We will coordinate lubricant delivery, filter the new oil into the lube reservoir, complete dialysis filtration of entire lubrication system, and certify that the initial fill charge meets OEM specifications. As a result, you can put the equipment into service with confidence.
